Born Between Two Worlds
Born in Jamaica and raised in America by Croatian parents, Chef Richard has always had one foot in each world. With family living in Dubrovnik and a lifelong connection to the region, he saw the city not just as a destination, but as part of his own story.
Using his American upbringing, hospitality background, and a chef's eye for storytelling, he created Dubrovnik's first food tour — giving visitors a more delicious and personal way to experience the city beyond the walls, crowds, and postcard views.
